New 2013 Honda Accord Coupe
New 2013 Honda Accord Coupe
Unlike older Honda Accord coupes, the 2013 model is more than just an Accord sedan with only two doors. The new two-door Honda has styling changes that help set it apart from the more popular sedan, but is it more attractive?

Aside from the lines on the hood that make the 2013 Accord coupe look athletic, the Japanese automaker has a blacked-out honeycomb grille in place the outgoing car’s grille, which had a chrome strip at its top. A larger airdam, and big round fog lights complete the differences on the lower front bumper, while LED daytime running lights in the headlights complete the changes up front. Looking at the new car head-on, the side mirrors appear chunkier than before.

The new 2013 Accord coupe’s rear end also looks wider than that of the outgoing car. The taillights have been squished, and the decklid spoiler that sits above them now extends the full length of the car. Two chunky housings with rear reflectors in the lower rear bumper are new and connected by a thin chrome strip. Diamond-patterned wheels that replace the five-spoke wheels on the previous-gen Accord add extra pizzazz.

Mazda Previews 2014 CX-9
Mazda Previews 2014 CX-9
Mazda has released the first official images of the revamped 2014 CX-9 crossover. It will make its public debut at the Sydney Motor Show that will take place in Australia next month.

For 2014, the biggest member of the Mazda lineup gets a new front end that is clearly inspired by the KODO "Soul of Motion" design language that was introduced on the smaller CX-5 crossover. The CX-9's overall silhouette remains roughly the same, however.

Mazda promises that the next-gen CX-9 will feature a slightly more upscale interior while retaining the current model's seven-passenger seating capacity. It will be equipped with the automaker's latest infotainment system and a speech-recognition device that is based on the Human Machine Interface (HMI).

Mazda has packed the CX-9 with all of the latest high-tech safety features such as a lane departure warning system and a high beam control system.

Like the all-new Mazda6, the CX-9 is designed around Mazda's gas-saving SkyActiv technologies. At its launch, the three-row crossover will be offered with a 3.2-liter V6 engine that is linked to a six-speed automatic transmission. Four-cylinder SkyActiv gasoline and diesel units will likely follow.

Jaguar F-Type Leaked
Jaguar F-Type Leaked
We all knew the upcoming Jaguar F-Type would closely resemble the C-X16 concept shown at the 2011 Frankfurt auto show (in coupe form), and Jaguar hasn't exactly been shy about trotting the production F-Type out for appearances. But until now, it has always been clad in camouflage.

2013 Aston Martin DB9 With More Power And New Look
2013 Aston Martin DB9 With More Power And New Look
So what's new for the 2013 DB9? An upgrade from 470 horsepower to 510 horsepower from its 6.0-liter V-12 engine, and a 14-pound-foot bump in torque to 457 pound-feet. That should be enough to make a noticeable uptick in pep behind the wheel. The increase in power comes from a revised block and head design, enlarged throttle bodies, an upgraded fuel pump, and revised intake manifold.

Styling changes for the 2013 DB9 include a more pronounced integrated rear trunklid spoiler, and other, more subtle tweaks to the lines elsewhere, intended to borrow some of the Virage's character. The grille is inspired by the One-77, with five horizontal vanes. The hood gets zinc vents, and LED side-repeaters are integrated into the side strakes. Both coupe and Volante (convertible) versions are available from launch.

Starting at $185,400, the 2013 DB9 had better project that luxurious image--you'll certainly be paying for it. The first deliveries will begin in November.

Porsche ups forecast, predicts 75,000 Macan sales in first year
Porsche ups forecast, predicts 75,000 Macan sales in first year
The Audi Q5-based crossover will give Porsche entry into the same money-pool where compact luxury CUVs like the Range Rover Evoque and the Macan's donor Audi continue to frolic. Earlier, Porsche predicted 45,000 sales for the Macan when it goes on sale next year, but a report in Automotive News Europe says the sales number has been raised all the way up to 75,000.

To up the prediction for its newest model by 66 percent is a sign of massive confidence by Porsche. It's also a gamble on an overall upward trend for markets outside of Europe. Should Porsche actually hit the 75,000 unit mark, the company's global sales would benefit from a percentage gain that would seem remarkable, to say the least. Porsche sold 118,865 vehicles in 2011. Assuming the automaker could increase sales of its other product lines lines by ten percent (not an insignificant jump) both this year and next, adding 75,000 Macans to the mix would indicate a 52-percent boost to the line at the bottom that everyone loves.

2013 Land Rover Range Rover Priced From $83500
2013 Land Rover Range Rover Priced From $83500
The new 2013 Range Rover SUV from Land Rover goes on sale this December priced from $83,500 including destination. This represents a small premium over the $79,425 sticker of the outgoing 2012 model, however, given the slew of upgrades offered it’s well worth the premium.

The 2013 Range Rover benefits from a brand new aluminum platform that sees the big SUV weigh in some 700 pounds less than the previous version, aiding both performance and fuel economy. There is also a load of technological upgrades including a new Terrain Response system, for those Range Rover buyers that actually plan to go off-road, and despite being lighter the new model is also bigger than the one it replaces.

The $83,500 starting price nets you a 5.0-liter V-8 rated at 375 horsepower and 375 pound-feet of torque. A supercharged version of this engine is also available, delivering 510 horsepower and 461 pound-feet of torque. Both engines are paired with a ZF eight-speed automatic.

A luxury-laden Range Rover Autobiography model will also be offered once again, with the starting price of this particular model coming in at a staggering $130,950.

2013 Lexus RX 350 F Sport
The 2013 RX 350 F Sport, introduced at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year, is differentiated from the standard RX lineup by several significant alterations. Most obvious is the unique sport front bumper, mesh spindle grille and 19-inch alloy wheels finished in dark graphite. Inside, the F Sport cabin features black leather-trimmed seats (with contrasting white stitching), a black headliner and aluminum pedals. The steering wheel has an F Sport badge and paddle shifters – an RX first. Under the skin, there's an eight-speed automatic transmission exclusive to the F Sport (standard RX models still use a six-speed) and firmer F Sport suspension with front and rear performance dampers.

2013 Tesla Model S
2013 Tesla Model S
Designed by Franz von Holzhausen, the front end styling of the Model S will be the future face of the electric automaker. Short front and rear overhangs not only give the Model S a clean, sporting look, but also allow for the maximum interior volume. Large 19 or 21-inch wheels sit at all four corners, giving the Model S a truly planted look.

Inside, the Model S' interior is highlighted by a 17-inch touch screen. The large screen controls all of the vehicle's radio, navigation and HVAC functions and is also highly customizable. The Model S comes packed with 3G wireless internet and HD satellite radio.

In keeping with the Model S' green theme, Tesla offers chrome-free vegetable tanned Italian leather on the interior, and 100 percent recycled PET carpeting from Futuris.

Tesla claims the Model S has "more room than station wagons," which seems to be proven by the sedan's seating capacity for five adults, plus optional rear-facing seats for two small children in the cargo area.

But where the Model S really shines is in its performance. The electric sedan is offered with an EPA-certified range of up to 265 miles for the 85 kWh variant, and also features a QuickCharge system that takes only 45 minutes to top off the EV's battery, given the correct electrical connection. For those looking for even faster fueling, the Model S' battery can also be swapped out in just five minutes, making it compatible with Shai Agassi's Better Place initiative.

The Model S' door handles even retract for improved aerodynamics, proving Tesla really has an eye for efficiency. Despite its 3,825 lbs. curb weight and single-speed transmission, the Model S can make the sprint from zero-to-60 mph in 5.6 seconds if equipped with the Performance package.

2013 SRT Viper Priced From $97,395
The 2013 SRT Viper isn't hitting dealers showrooms or customer driveways just yet, and only a handful of people outside of Chrysler have even driven it, but SRT has just released official pricing information: the new Viper starts from $97,395.

That gets you into the base model--and doesn't include $1,995 in destination fees. Yeah, that's a hefty delivery fee.
